subject: Small Scale Vs Large Scale Cash Gifting [print this page]

If you are one of the many people who decide to enter into the cash gifting world, there are a few things you should know before you make this leap. First cash gifting is not a monitored market such as the money market or investments. In is an online market that is not tracked or penalized. The only gifting programs that have ever been penalized by law and entered into the court systems are the large scale businesses that have involved thousands of people and millions of dollars. After these programs have made their program into an "investment group" or "business" they are breaking laws and making the big dogs skeptical. It is these groups that also rip off thousands of people and cause a commotion surrounding their name and company causing an investigation.

It is not wise to enter into a large scale cash gifting program but it is also not wise to enter into a small scale or brand new cash gifting program. If a program is really small there is probably no money built up within it and they are relying upon you to be their first investment. This means that you will not see your money returned in full or any profit for a long time. This may also mean, if the business fails that you will never see your money back and in fact lose money. Because of the legality behind gifting, a gift can not be given with the anticipation of full return, so if you do not ever see your money come back, this is completely legal. If the group gives you the impression you will see your money back plus some then they are breaking two laws. This group would be fraudulently advertising and incorrectly cash gifting which is money laundering, pyramid scheme, or ponzi scheme and punishable by law.

Cash gifting programs that have been prosecuted are often required to return the money they stole and the heads of the programs can do jail time. This can be a long and lengthy process and as many as twenty people have been prosecuted at one time for a single gifting program. This is because of the amount of people it does take to start a program like this. Often in these situation, it is all of these twenty people that do the initial scheming. Sometimes the program gets larger than they anticipated or it just folds in upon them. These kinds of schemes are also very popular in suburban areas where there is a lot of money and people are always looking for business opportunities to make more money.

In the end it is important to watch out for the sure tale signs that a cash gifting program is fraudulent. There are cash gifting programs out there that are completely legal and legitimate, these are the ones you will want to join because they will pay off in the end.
