Many families make it an event to start shopping for halloween costumes very early in the year. You see, many costumes are out of stock very early in the game. That is pretty much the same as with any other holiday or event. You know the saying, "The early birds get the first worm." Many people actually have a hard time deciding what halloween costume they would like to wear on that special day.

To get started, you would need footless control top nylon stockings, permanent markers like Sharpee, a pair of scissors, and a template such as a PVC pipe, paper towel tube, etc. You will use the PVC pipe, etc as your template. Then you would have to cut off both legs from the tights. Make sure it is tight so that it can hug your arms. Buy a size smaller than your arms.

It is important that the stockings are the same as your skin color. If you can't find your skin tone, try to get it as close as possible. Draw on those tights with your fabric marker or a sharpee marker. The goal is to make your arms look like you have real tattoos buy coving them up with fake tattoo sleeves. Go ahead and draw things like Jack O'Lanterns, witches, etc, on the stockings. Make sure the drawings look like tattoos.
