A one in every four year event, the Olympics is a very special event that very few people will ever attend. Making sure you get to one in your lifetime will definitely be an "I was there" moment.
2) Learn to ride a horse
Horses are amazing creatures. They were also used as the main method of transport for centuries on end. Learning to ride a horse will help you to understand how this used to be for our ancient ancestors and beyond.
3) Try brewing beer or making wine
Many of us like a good glass of beer or wine in the evening or on the weekend. Making your own means you have complete control over adding the flavours that make those drinks yours'.
4) Learn to juggle
A great skill that is very difficult to perfect learning to juggle will give you an excellent party trick that is bound to impress your friends at parties, or even your children.
5) Try water skiing
It looks impressive, but would you try it? The things is how do you know how scary it is until you give it a go. Adrenaline junkie or not, you may even find it fun.
6) Give someone a present you've made
Making something for someone with your own hands is a great way to show someone you really care. The personal touch is far greater than if you simply buy a gift in a shop.
7) Tell the Queen a joke personally
Not many people get the chance to meet the Queen, so if you do something good enough to find yourself standing in front of her, why not make the most of the moment and try to make her laugh with your natural wit and charm.
8) Help improve one person's life
Whether you do something that will help them in the future, or give them a hand in the present, doing something to change somebody's life will not only leave you feeling satisfied, it's likely the person will be forever grateful.
9) Grow your own vegetables
Why by supermarket vegetables when you can grow them yourself at home? Fresh veg tastes a lot better, and you will probably start enjoying the fact that your work to grow your own produce is paying off.
10) Break a world record
One that everyone would like to do do something that gets your name in the ever-growing Guinness Book of Records. They can be weird and wacky, or regular records, but by breaking a world record you know you are the best in the entire world at your chosen speciality.
