Moreover, biceps are smaller muscles and they respond best to high intensity but brief training sessions. It is recommended that you dont do more than 8 sets for biceps and 10 sets for triceps every workout in order to get maximum arms size.

Rest to Recover.

It is very important that you take plenty of rest after a grueling arms workout in order to allow your body sufficient time to recover and then go in to the phase of growth. It is recommended that you take at least 8 hours of sleep every night in order to get best results. Taking small naps during the day is another great way to recharge your body for maximum muscle growth. Taking 30 minutes out of your daily routine in order to take a quick nap can work wonders for you. Sleep not only refreshes the mind but a lot of growth hormones are naturally released in your body during sleep.
