Healthy people have an Oral Glucose level below 140 mg / dL, while people who have pre diabetes are in the range of 140 to 199 mg /dL.
If the test concludes that you go through pre-diabetic state, you do not need to panic. Pre diabetes is not the end of everything. That is just the message of the body that reminds you should take measures to prevent it from developing worse. You can do with some positive lifestyle changes such as: exercise, control calorie intake, and frequently monitor your blood sugar.
