Lincoln Navigator air ride systems are very unreliable. They fail notoriously! I have personal experience with these vehicles. I own a 2003 Navigator and the air ride went out about 6 months ago. Well, first I went to a dealer and after I heard the pricing I said no way~!!! LOL.... So then I decided to check out what a lot of my friends had told me about, something called a conversion kit. Boy was I impressed with what these coil springs would do compared to the air. So I bought a kit from Strutmasters and now I'm a satified driver.
The conversion kit is a great way to go! It takes the air out of your vehicle and turns it into a passive non air system. It also got the ride light out in my dash and it was easy to install. Strutmasters had a friendly, loyal customer service team that advised me on what to do in order to fix my problem, as well as talking me through the instructions.
I was so discouraged when my SUV was not safe because I have children and I want them to be safe when we go somewhere. Plus, this was my work vehicle and, of course, I felt lost without it. Now I don't have to worry about any of that anymore. I received a Lifetime Warranty, a 365 day money back guarantee, and a great product.
It's hard to find a company that stands behind their product the way Strutmasters does! It's plesently refreshing :)
