Trying to condense the entirety of the 2012 prophesy is by far probably one of the most complex tasks one could attempt to do, and this is for the simple fact that the 2012 prophesy itself is more complex than a simple overview, and its implications far deeper than one could possibly imagine, thankfully for you my dear reader I'm quite well aware of a large portion of its primary content.
As I have said the 2012 prophesy is a culmination of various things, first of all, let me point out that the 2012 prophesy is in no way limited to the Mayan civilization alone, and has been discussed in one way or another by other civilizations and cultures such as the Aztecs, the Incas, the New Zealand Maoris' and it is even discussed in certain aspects of the Christian book of revelations.
One must logically ask themselves the question then, if this 2012 prophesy is a fallacy as its detractors would have us believe, then why is it that it gains a mention in at least every major civilization and culture for the past 1000 years or more? Even active occultists such as Nostradamus, Aleister Crowley and John Dee had violent visions of the end of the world around this particular time.
And then of course there are the overwhelming amounts of people who claim that the 2012 prophecy is nothing more than our modern era's version of the Y2K scare that occurred at the end of the 90's which of course is a foolish parallel to draw, that was computer related problem that had to do with the coding of the software not being compatible with the amount of digits it was required to use, to compare this situation to the 2012 prophesy and to dismiss it because of it is tantamount to saying that because Germany was the main protagonist of world war two, that even German is bad, which is of course false and completely untrue.
But as I mentioned at the start the 2012 prophesy is a multi faceted issue, and this is true, it is both spiritual, sociological, geopolitical, technological, and more, and while these things are seemingly unconnected when we view them close up, if we all take a step back and draw the lines of similarity together what we begin to see quite clearly is that they all influence each other because they are all part of the same pyramid.
But what I would like to inform you of in particular at the moment my fellow truth seeker is why you, reading this right now, perhaps are at a lost to understand as to why the prophecies themselves are so vague or covered in riddles, and why they differ somewhat from culture to culture making it difficult at times to accurately research the 2012 prophesy, and to discuss it.
The reason my friends is simple, humans, all of them, may only communicate in both verbal and written form, with the amount of knowledge that they themselves attain, and if a particular idea or concept is foreign to them, they will then resort to explaining the concept by using the words , ideas and imagery that they do themselves know.
However there is a down side to this particular way of expression, and that is that every single individual person has had different life experiences, they will inevitably have their own religious and political ideas, different morals, and different ways of interpreting things, and this unto itself is why the 2012 prophesy has so many different interpretations and why different cultures have expressed in many varied and different ways.
Now if I am to be honest with you, to further understand the 2012 prophesy in its fully context, you need to truly understand the nature of time, and your place within it? What has that got to do with the 2012 prophesy I hear you say? Absolutely everything.
Having a grasp of the philosophical nature of time is to me at least essential in correctly understanding the nature of the 2012 prophesy because it removes the perceived gap of distance that exists between you and the civilizations and people throughout history that made these 2012 prophesy.
Our mental perception of time as humans is fundamentally flawed, we relate it to our own progression and to our own body's degradation, people will say 100 years is a long time, it's absolutely nothing, if one single human can live to be 80 years old or more, is 100 years really that long?
To the planet, 20 000 years is nothing, in fact 20 000000 is nothing, so in the eyes of the universe the 2012 prophecy is indeed old, but it's not so long ago that it was made, which is why it needs particular attention given to it.
However I truly have digressed from the direction I wished to take, to summarize to this point, many civilizations and persons discussed the 2012 prophecy, and to help keep this idea fresh and thus relevant to you it helps to have a philosophical understanding of the nature of time.
The other thing I have noticed when discussing the 2012 prophecy is that most people tend to presume that these ancient cultures were primitive, when in fact the truth of the matter is that in many ways they were actually more advanced than us, yet we in our modern day society as so self centered and ignorant to the world around us that presume just because a civilization existed before us, it was thus less intelligent than us.
If we just use the Mayan civilization as an example, we can quickly see that the average Maya, was far more adept in the areas of survival than either you or I are today, they had a much stronger understanding of nature, and most importantly of the simple concept that they themselves were part of the greater universe and not just living in it, just like the metaphor say's "As Above, So Below"
Ahh my dear truth seeker, don't worry, you are not alone, but you must keep searching, find out everything you can, the world has a shadow over it, and whilst the world will not be destroyed after the 2012 prophecy it certainly shall change forever.
