Use your favourite song and let this envelop you to relax. Don't simply hear to the song but come to feel the lyrics and instruments that are involved. Definitely feel every tune of the song and observe the way it leads to the entire elegance of the song. Engage yourself into the song just like how you grow involved in your favourite movie. This way, you are submerging into the song and you will be begin to feel that you are really into the heart and soul of the song.
