3 Exact Tips You Need To Avoid MMA Pre-Fight Disasters!

These are three exact tips to help you avoid any kind of pre-fight disaster. By using these tips you could avoid getting beaten down in an embarrassment, and win your fight in an epic fashion. And everyone will be watching you do it too.

Utilize a 12 week training program.

When you plan for your fight always be ready to execute a training plan that exists 8-12 weeks before the actual weigh ins. 12 weeks if definitely better than 8 due to the fact that you have more time to get to the level of conditioning you desired by making smaller incremental improvements over a longer period of time, making you less prone to injury when training strength and conditioning.

Picture yourself training in a martial arts class three to four times a week. You may want to be strength and conditioning training 2-3 days a week in the beginning. During those workouts you have more time to add more reps, sets or time to a workout over 12 weeks where your improvements will have less damage to your body than in an 8 week regiment.

Write the entire plan down to every detail!

Write down every detail of your plan of what you want to achieve from the weight at the beginning of pre-fight training till your weight on fight day. You could also build an excel spreadsheet or write it all on the computer. This sets your mind up for everything that you feel you need to do to win this fight.

This will take so many burdens off your shoulders and help make everything seem more possible. The act of seeing what you have to do each day on paper is very important. A professional uses a camp to get ready for their fight. This plan is your pre-fight camp.

Know you're going to win, no matter what.

This involves the power of belief. It is an incredibly strong thing to do, and you have every reason too. The 12 week written plan is key to knowing that you're going to win.

This means that you have no time for any little bit of doubt whatsoever. You are not going to go to the gym and TRY and do your best; you're going to the gym to DO your best. Much like you're not going to TRY and win your fight. You're going into the ring or cage to WIN your fight.

Of course these tips are just the beginning. With what we've talked you need to train your body properly for those 12 weeks and some of us don't have the money to pay to go to a camp in New Mexico or Big Bear California for that amount of time. A complete training program to build your strength and conditioning during this time is essential.

So remember, to win your fight:

-Utilize a 12 week training program

-Write the entire plan down to every detail

-Know you're going to win, no matter what.
