The third step is to never stop. Most people will stop when they "fail" for the first time. They don't want to be out of their comfort zone, the don't want to disappoint themselves. But to succeed you have to go out of your comfort zone ALL THE TIME, step by step. And the fear of failure, just forget about it. 30 years from now, would you rather look back and see 100 failures and 3 huge successes or 0 failures but also 0 successes?
