The only exceptions to this rule are completely natural food like cauliflower, chicken, fish, turkey, etc.

Take the word wheat our of your diet. If you eat whole wheat bread, whole wheat anything really, you should stop immediately. "But I thought whole wheat was healthy?" Nope! The truth is that it's mostly all refined carbs and it gets processed much the same way as the white stuff we talked about earlier. Which means a spike in your insulin levels and fat gain.

Weight Loss Tip #3

Drink nothing but water every day. To keep your body healthy and functioning smoothly, it needs a lot of water to flush out toxins and stay hydrated for maximum efficiency. Drinking things like soda and coffee can screw up your system and cause you to hold onto that fat. The only exception is maybe a little green tea here and there.
