3 Tips to Help You Drop 10 Pounds Before This Summer


Dropping 10 pounds before summer can be done. We all want to look our best in our swimming wear and beach wear for the summer. Nothing can be hidden when you are in a bathing suit. So dropping 10 pounds is a great idea.

To do this, you don't have to take weight loss pills or spend your waking hours in the gym; you just have to follow three simple tips. If you follow these tips you will lose 10 pounds in seven days! So if summer is just starting, then you can still lose the fat in time to go to that first pool party.

Let's look now at three tips to help you drop 10 pounds before summer.


1. Don't eat any sugars and non vegetable carbohydrates.

By reducing your carbohydrates you will save yourself a lot of calories. Eat lots of leafy green vegetables but do not eat any bread, rice or any other type of carbohydrate that is not a vegetable.

2. Eat only one meal a day.

In doing this it doesn't matter when you have your meal. Many people or other diets will disagree with this theory and say you must eat throughout the day lots and lots of healthy snack foods to keep your metabolism going.But for the purpose of losing 10 pounds in seven days, trust this advice.

When you only eat one meal a day it is referred to as intermittent fasting. Many religions require fasting on certain days of the year and they are just fine. So you will be too. You can eat whatever you like, just no carbohydrates that aren't vegetables for your one meal.

Load up on the protein and enjoy a lean steak or some chicken or fish. You will not suffer any harmful effect from only eating one meal a day. If you are concerned, check with your physician first and tell him/her what you are going to do.

3. Increase or maintain your activity.

The best type of activity is anything that raises your heart rate for at least 20 minutes. Whether it be walking, biking or going to the gym, perform some activity at least 4 times during this week.

By following these three tips you will drop 10 pounds in time for summer, in fact in seven days. It won't be easy as your body will have to adjust but if you keep the goal in mind and stick to it you can succeed. Also, have a support system in place of people that can help you achieve your goal.
