1. Smooth Moves:- After being trapped in closed-toe pumps for work, your feet will look calloused and neglected. A good foot soak will help soften the skin so the clean-up process can begin. Remove dead skin by working a pumice stone or foot file over the soles, heels and sides of your feet. Finish by liberally applying an exfoliating foot cream.
Create your own spa experience by squeezing some fresh grapefruit juice into the soaking water. It will rejuvenate your senses, and the natural acids will work to help shed dead skin. For a relaxing finish, roll your feet over a tennis ball to relieve muscle tension.
2. Nail The Shape:- The ideal toenail shape is a square with the outer corners gently rounded off. Remember to only file in one direction to avoid weakening the nail. And never cut your cuticles - they act like Armour by preventing bacteria from entering the body. Instead, push them back when the skin is soft. Do not cut toenails too short. The nail should just reach the tip of the toe.
