Your ex girlfriend may hate you right now, but that can easily be just her masking her true feelings of love. You want to be careful about how you deal with an ex girlfriend who hates you, because you can easily rub her the wrong way.

Hurdle Number Two - You Have a Pessimistic Attitude

If you are already the kind of guy who looks at the glass as being half empty, then you are probably going to have a harder time dealing with a break up than a guy who looks at things as being half full. The healthier perspective in the case of you wanting to get your ex girlfriend back, is to try and look at things from a more positive frame of mind.

Hurdle Number Three - You Cannot Control Your Anger

There's no use in trying to gloss over the fact that you may be feeling some anger towards your ex girlfriend. Honestly, that is not such a bad thing, because it is natural to feel that way.
