Many couples out there are trying to conceive a certain baby gender for their family
. For many reasons maybe you have a boy and would like one of each gender, maybe you want to plan a baby girl first, what ever the reason that may be unless medical intervention is involved the chances will never be 100% accurate.
However, you must realise there are many methods out there that have a very high success rate. You only have to do a little research and you will be aware of these methods.
After having success with planning my baby's gender I have a set out guidelines to help you achieve your baby girl.
Pay attention to your diet
To encourage the X chromosome (which carries the female DNA) to reach the egg first you need to ensure that your PH level is high in acidic. Foods such as fish (no mercury), apples, broccoli and plenty of dairy will help your PH level.
Timing is crucial
You need to understand that the Y chromosome (male DNA) dies off earlier than the X chromosome, so when trying to conceive your baby girl you need to have intercourse days before ovulation, preferably two to three days This will ensure that the Y chromosome has died off and usually only leaving the female chromosome to enter the egg.
Choosing the right position
As the Y sperm is faster than the X sperm you need to make the distance to the egg further to encourage the X sperm to outlive the Y sperm. Positions where the male partner does not have a deep penetration orgasm such as missionary or spooning is suitable.
What else to remember
It is advisable for the woman to NOT orgasm first when trying for a girl. This is because once the female orgasms the PH level will change from acidic to alkalai in nature which is the perfect environment for allowing the Y chromosome to get to the egg first.
Its also very important these methods do have a high success rate but the success rate is not 100% What is far more important is a healthy baby at the end regardless of its gender
