I am going to give you a few personal tips that I use when I go places with family and friends. They shouldn't be too hard, It all depends on how well you can handle it.
1. For example, you are ordering a salad to begin your meal, I recommend that you ask to have any sort of dressing or sauce on the side. Now the reason I say that is because, you can keep track of how much you are adding to your salad.
2. When ordering any type of meat or vegetables, Always ask to have the food grilled WITHOUT any butter or oils, or not well cooked.
3. When ordering pasta, keep in mind the foods that are cooked with tomato sauces and cream sauces. Cream sauses are VERY heavy and usually contain large amounts of fat. On the other hand, Tomato sauces have a lower amount of fat, afterall it is known that tomatoes can be vegetables.

- Always drink water! (KEY TO LOSING WEIGHT!)
- If you want to eat dessert, try sharing with someone else instead of eating it all on your own. Afterall, you are dividing the calories with the amount of people you are sharing with!
- In general, try to avoid mainly, oils, butter, cheese, heavy meat like bacon, creams (sour cream...etc...)
