Regular exercise will benefit your health in many ways. It will stimulate circulation of your blood and your lymph. Both are important to carry waste, including fat, out of your body. It also increases your capacity to breathe and helps strengthen heart tissue.

Eat plenty of fresh, raw vegetables every day. These help stimulate your digestion so that it digests other foods instead of storing them as extra weight. Make salads or eat them as snacks. In the evening if a salad is too hard to digest, then lightly steam your veggies.

Eating raw veggies raises metabolism by getting your body ready to eat the heavier foods as it stimulates your digestion. But not only that, if you eat these before your regular meal you will get fuller faster thus eating less of the fattier foods.

Be sure to include foods that contain Essential Fats as they are important to your health and well as weight. Some of these foods are avocados, walnuts, salmon, and plant oils like olive or flax oil. If you don't eat enough of these foods, try an EFA supplement that contains a blend of Omega 3's and 6's.

EFA deficiencies can cause health problems. Some of these include depression, dry or bumpy skin, dry hair, craving for fatty foods and stiff joints to name just a few.

When you put these two problems together you get a third bigger problem which is sluggish metabolism. In other words, these foods do nothing but encourage your body to store fat and waste. It is best to cut them out now.
