4 Tips To Gain Weight Quickly And Easily
Looking back, I can't believe I was ever so skinny.
I decided then and there, that it didnt matter how hard it was- I was going to become one of those huge guys. I was going to get buff. Someone that guys want to look like and girls want to be with.
Over the next year, I packed on over 55 pounds (25kg) of hard dense muscle mass. Now all my mates come to me with questions about gaining muscle
Here is the advice I give them:
First tip: if you want to add muscle then you have eat a large amount of food If you are as underweight as I was and you want to get buff, then you have to understand right now that a lot of your results are going to simply come down to what foods you eat.
You can go to the gym as intesnse as you like, but you are not going to get that muscular, huge look without consuming over 3,000 calories each day. Its that simple. Eat lots of brown rice, tuna, chicken, brown bread, veggies, steaks, protein shakes. Aim for a breakdown of 40% protein, 40% Carbs and 20% good fatsover 6-7 meals per day. When I started to eat right my gains went through the roof.
Second tip. Learn a good workout routine. I saw a large number of guys at the gym doing the exact same exercises or not making any gains. Whilst I kept gaining weight and looking better each time I entered the gym. This was because most guys never get a good workout routine organized, or they keep changing up their routines before they see any improvements. Its so disheartening to look back at all your effort and see no progress.
3rd tip. When you get to the gym- make it count. Try to avoid distractions- chatting with mates, large water breaks etc and get focused on what you are trying to achieve. You are in the gym for one reason only- that is increase your muscle mass quickly! There is plenty of time to socialize before and after a workout, but when you are in the zone, really make it count. Always strive to better your previous workout. Pushing yourself to the limit in every set and rep.
Number 4. Use supplements to your meal plans. Supplements are by no means a miracle product but effective ones like creatine, whey protein powder and multi vitamins can be that extra 10 percent boost. Supplements are a great addition when you have your diet and workouts on point.
OK, if you follow that advice you will be able to pack on muscle in no time and change your body from skinny to strong.
