These offline techniques must be conducted for you to grow a thriving organization, but internet marketing should also be apart of your recruiting efforts.
Lead generation is everything in business, any business for that matter, and the leverage you can get by marketing on the internet is unbelievable. How many people can you talk to in one day? Well it is possible, if you know the right strategies, to connect with 50 - 1,300 people in one day online. You would be committing MLM suicide not to implement the power of the internet. Make sure your upline can teach you these strategies so you will be a killer online and offline network marketer.

The people you sponsor are the people that you are relying on to staff your organization. Do you want lazy, unmotivated individuals who you have to micro manage? or do you want coachable, self-motivated people who take initiative and are ambitious? One big mistake that new reps make is that they go out with the mindset of signing any and everyone up and what they don't realize is that they are setting themselves up to have their organization fall from beneath them. You don't become wealthy by signing people up, they have to stay. So here's a tip...recruit people who you don't think need the opportunity. Successful people (doctors, dentists, lawyers, etc) can see the value in an opportunity when they see one...and they have the money to invest.
