Toronto, Canada - GAO Tek Inc. (www.GAOTek.com) is offering its 40 MHz USB PC based oscilloscope which is a high performance 8-bit, two-channel computer based USB digital storage oscilloscope. It is commonly used for the maintenance of electronic equipment and laboratory work in fields such as science, medicine, engineering and telecommunications.

This 40 MHz USB PC based oscilloscope, model A0120001, combines the functions of an oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, waveform recorder, signal generator, voltmeter and cymometer. The USB oscilloscope operates at up to 100 Ms/s real-time sampling rate at a bandwidth of 40 MHz. It has auto, normal and single triggering modes and the triggering level is adjustable.

This versatile and widely-used oscilloscope has 23 measurement functions and PASS/FALL checking functions. It has FFT spectrum analysis and displays waveform average, persistence, intensity, invert, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and X-Y plot. Waveforms can be saved in text, MS Word, Excel or graphic files (JPG or BMP) formats under most Windows OS up to Vista. In addition, it is compatible with USB 2.0 and requires no external power.
