You can also send out newsletters bi- weekly or monthly to your patients. It's a good way to stay connected. I'm sure you have their email addresses on file.

5. Not Asking Feedbacks from Customers - You will never learn of your customer's reactions to what you have done to them until you ask feedbacks. If you receive negative comments, take them as a challenge and improve yourself or your dental practice.
