Kitchen Floors:

This first place to use glass tile is possibly the most obvious: kitchen floors. There are hundreds, if not thousands of different colors and styles of glass tiling. Using mosaic tiles as kitchen floors can add a punch of color and flair to your otherwise drab cooking space. Tile flooring is ideal for the kitchen because it's easy to clean and is extremely durable.

If the flooring project is too ambitious for you, or you just don't want such a busy pattern, you should consider using it on countertops. Glass tiling is perfect to use on the walls behind kitchen countertops. Using colorful glass tiles as a backsplash can really accentuate your cabinets and provide and easy to clean surface for the walls of your kitchena place that is notorious for getting splashed and stained.

Bathrooms:

Glass tile is gorgeous in bathrooms. Using cool blue/green colors against white fixtures can have an incredibly pleasing effect on the eye. You can opt to tile the entire wall space or just the areas around the tub and sink. Whatever you decide, it's guaranteed to look phenomenal.

Living Rooms:

Using tile on the walls in places besides the bathroom and kitchen has really started to take off over the last few years. Glass tiling as a wall covering looks ultra modern and hip.
