Do you feel like you have no will of your own? Are you stuck in a mindless rut of waking up, rushing to work, eating an unhealthy lunch and sitting all day at your computer? If so, then WE were in the same club. I repeated this pattern for about 3 years and then wondered why I was so out of shape. I was so zombified that I couldn't understand how this happened all of the sudden. When I looked in the mirror I did not recognize the person staring back.
I was a zombie that needed to start using his BRAIN, BRAIN!
I created a plan incorporating 5 nutritional
supplements that I knew were lacking from my everyday routine. These are things I felt I was missing and needed the most help with.
It is a gradual process that you are going to have to make happen for yourself but it's made a little easier with a bit of help from the right nutritional supplements.

ENERGY
I know that every day life is hectic. Whether it be stress at work or coming home and having to take care of family, energy is a commodity that is harder and harder to come by. The nutritional
supplement that I take first thing in the morning to help start my motor is energy 2000. One Energy 2000 before I go to work keeps me up and active for 5 hours. Besides just waking me up Energy2000 helps stop cravings and limits my snacking during the day.
HEALTHIER MEAL OPTIONS
5 days of fast food during the work week can really do a number on your system, plus it's expensive. At least twice a week I prepare some sort of healthy lunch to take to work and the other days I assist myself with nutritional supplements such as a meal replacement shake or a protein bar.
