. A person other than being responsible is required to have qualities such as leadership,motivator,team player and a very receptive individual. To work in a workplace and be happy and at peace with the colleagues as well as the superiors one has to be very keen on learning new things every day and open to ideas and also unbiased towards any person,idea or task.

Listening: The greatest quality a person can have in oneself is the quality to listen to his/her peers and supervisors. Listening and not hearing is a very important quality as he says a lot about the person. If one is not capable of the same one will be considered as a snob and difficult to be around and very often may not be accepted in the workplace by his/ her colleagues.

Leadership: This is very essential among those who aspire to be great and not just sheep in the herd but the shepherd himself. To achieve great things one must have this quality if he/she wishes to prosper. It also tells a lot about the individual when one starts to lead his/her team members as a group.

Team Player: To be a part of a team, group or society at large and not be alone is a need felt by every human being. In order to have a smooth running organization one must be a team player and highlight the strengths and be able to hide the weaknesses in a team by working towards the betterment of the organization at large.
