5 Steps To Creating A Fat Burn Diet
Diets that help burn fat are all the rage these days
. You'll hear about fat burning foods, eating fat to burn fat, and de-emphasizing exercise while focusing on healthy eating to lose weight.
But what is the best way to create a fat burn diet? What foods should you eat, and how can avoid calorie counting, going hungry, or losing your energy on a diet like this?
Here are 5 simple steps to creating your most effective fat burn diet:
1. Build your meals around protein. Usually the size of a fist will be about the right amount of protein for most people, but feel free to vary this based on your specific needs.
2. Eat vegetables every day. Eat a variety of veggies, but try to include some kind of greens at least once a day.
3. Use healthy fats. Make sure to consume olive oil, coconut oil, nuts, avocado...even many saturated fats are healthy. These will keep you full longer and ultimately help you become or stay thin. Just watch out for trans fats!
4. Eat often. Eating several times a day will allow your body to never get too hungry. This will help you not to overeat at any one meal.
5. Stay hydrated. Drinking lots of water will also help keep you from being overly hungry. Often times, thirst is mistaken for hunger. 64 ounces a day is a pretty good amount, but you can vary this depending on the amount of exercise you are doing.
