If that is your limit don't worry about it you can increase it week by week month by month. Just remember: Do it slowly and give your body the time it needs to adjust.
4. Eat Healthy! I know this is an old advice and everybody has said it already but if you add more fruits instead of sweets and eat more vegetables it will do wonders for you.... I promise. It will be hard for you in the beginning to decrease the amount of sweets like chocolate and ice cream but again do not just jump into it. Do it gradually until you have created a new habit of eating an apple instead of sweets for example.
5. Keep Focused. Have your goal in mind and be proud of what you have accomplished. Even if you just lost 5 pounds or less. It does not matter. The main thing is that it's a beginning. And from now on it can only get better if you stay focused on your goal.
