If you have a smaller property and garden consider potted plants - they look neat and are often more appropriately sized. If you have a larger garden consider landscaping or new turf. Most importantly, your garden needs to be neat and tidy. Low maintenance plants also tend to be more attractive to tenants. If you have little budget allowance for the garden just try to keep up regular maintenance, so untidy or unruly gardens do not detract from your property.
