Saunas and hot baths are another great way for you to detoxify, as they help you to sweat out the toxins through your skin. The longer you can stay in these the more beneficial they will be. Just remember to drink plenty of fluids to restore the fluids lost from the sweating.

Your colon is your large intestine where the most toxins tend to build up. Thus a colon cleanse can help you to eliminate lots of toxins fast. However, you should do your research on these as there are methods which your body can become dependant on. Try to go natural whenever possible.

Last but not least, if you are overweight, then all you have to do is lose excess weight, and the toxins will begin to leave your body. You can do this by reducing calories and eating lots of leaf vegetables, nuts or fresh fruits.
