Our life may be different from one another but the common thing we all share at some or every point of our lives is "STRESS" or in simple term the tension that constantly diminishes our power to think and act logically and clearly. We become irritating and stop enjoying the pleasures of life. Though handling stress can vary from person to person but here are some simple ways to distress.

1. Proper Scheduling

Often it is seen that stress is the result of unplanned or poor planned work scheduling. It just not applies to grown up people but also the children who get stressed before examinations. So whether it's a project or a meeting or a presentation or an exam , have proper scheduling of every work you are required to do. Don't leave the work for the dead lines instead try to manage it systematically. Initially it may be difficult but later on it would become a habit.

2. Healthy Diet

We should treat our body as a living thing not as a machine which can be charged in few hours through plugging instead our body though has the capability to adapt yet it needs the necessary nutrients. And a healthy diet helps your brain and body to work efficiently. So start taking the meals at right time and include all vitamins and nutrients in it.

3. Music

Listening to some favorite music helps one to relax and feel better. But the choice of music should be according to the mood and soft music would be the best choice for handling the stress. So next time if one feels stressed out just switch on some soft track , sit on the couch with close eyes and take deep breadth.

4. Open up

The best way to relax is open up what the feelings to the close ones. Share as much as possible and lighten the burden. Talking with parents, friends and spouse can help. Instead of getting angry over them, let them come close to you and hold your hand and see the magic of warmth, love and care.

5. Exercise and Yoga

Regular exercise builds stamina and yoga helps to revive the hidden energies. So take a little time daily to do some exercise or yoga. One can also go for a morning or an evening walk and try to enjoy every moment of it.

Though later stages of stress may need medication but it is always advisable to fight it with simple ways first
