With this I can put all my focus in being an expert in that niche and expanding my online business and product line in that niche alone. I like to focus on one niche at a time and make it big.

2. Niche should have high demand and people should be ready to spend money in that niche.

Search for Google keyword tool in google.com and check out the demand of that niche.

Then check out whether people are paying for advertising in google.com in that niche. Simply search for your niche keyword in google.com and see how many people are advertising in 'Google Adwords' in the right section of the results. If there are many then positively that niche is earning money and people are spending for products in that niche.

3. Follow up emails.

I look for the ready-made online business that contains a series of quality content emails or newsletters so that I can set them up in my auto responder.

4. Quality products.

This is the most important of all. I look for quality products in that niche where I can put my name and start selling it instantly putting 100% profits in my pocket.

5. List building system.

There should be a complete list building system in place...

a. Squeeze page.

b. Free give away report.

c. Email course.

6. Keywords to drive traffic.

I also look for keywords and competition in that niche that I can easily tap into and get my site to the top in the search engines instantly.
