Being able to work on the move is highly useful for a number of people

. If you are a business man or business woman who is often sent on business trips or to meetings then this will be highly useful. For journalists and reporters it's often necessary (particularly for travel writers who will likely want to get their ideas down quickly while they're on the move) and for the self employed it's often necessary to run a business concern from other places (and if your work allows it's also just very nice to get a change of scene from time to time as you work). Almost all portable devices can use a flash card and this means that you can take your card out of one item and insert it into another device. This way then you can transfer the files and can for example edit a file on your netbook, and then send it to a client/colleague/employer using your smartphone. Alternatively you could take a photo on your camera, edit it on computer and then upload it to a website using a smartphone with FTP software all thanks to your owning a 64GB Compact Flash.
