7 Best Remedies For Bad Breath

This tea is prepared by putting one teaspoon of seeds in half a litre of cold water and allowing it to simmer for fifteen minutes over a low flame. It should then be strained and used as tea.
2. Carry fennel seeds, anise seeds or cloves to chew on after meals or whenever you feel your breath needs sweetening, says Varro E. Tyler, Ph.D., professor of pharmacognosy at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He suggests chewing two or three fennel or anise seeds or one clove as needed.
3. Taking a tablespoon of Braggs apple cider vinegar mixed with water, prior to eating meals is supposed to help your digestive processes run more smoothly.
4. Phos, Silica and Sweet Fennel which have been shown to dramatically reduce the symptom of bad breath, while helping to combat some of the underlying causes; thus leaving breath naturally sweet and inoffensive.
5. Parsley is a valuable Cure for bad breath. Two cups of water should be boiled and several sprigs of parsley, coarsely chopped, should be steeped in this water along with two or three whole cloves or a quarter teaspoon of ground cloves. This mixture should be stirred occasionally while cooling. It should then be strained and used as a mouthwash or gargle several times a day. This is one of the best

6. Avoid bad breath by drinking lots of water and peppermint tea, both spiked with a pinch of anise, caraway or cinnamon.
7. Mouthwash is one of those temporary treatments that can be used in the fight against bad breath, but its effects will not last for more than about an hour.
