7 Days To End Hair Loss (day 1 & 2)
Men all over the world are frustrated with the embarrassment that comes from their hair loss
. But what is even more frustrating for so many of them is the fact that they have tried so many methods, and yet they have seen no real difference.
So with that in mind, I want to share with you how I was able to stop my hair loss cold, in just a few days, and how you can do it too.
Well, having tried several types of formulas and methods myself and having experienced this same frustration, I know the discouragement they feel. But thankfully, I have seen a real difference in my own hair loss, to the point that I now have a very healthy head of hair (in light of all the men in my immediate and extended family having either no hair, or very little on their head).
And the question I get asked more often than any other is, "What should I do first?" So with that in mind, I've laid out a 7 day method that I used to finally stop my hair loss altogether. And below is days 1-2.
One of the easiest and simplest things you could for your hair loss is drink the proper amount of Water Every Day. This is huge.
When I was stressed out and sitting in front of a computer for hours and hours, I would either drink soda, coffee drinks or nothing at all.
Studies show that adults should drink between 10 and 14 - 8oz. glasses of water every day. The best formula is a half an ounce for every pound of body weight. So if you're 180 Lbs. that would be 11 - 8oz. glasses of water every day.
Drink more water every day if you are active or in dry or extreme temperature climates.
Disperse your drinking throughout the day don't binge before meals Just keep a simple water bottle next to you, on your desk or near where you work.
Drink water before and during your meals.
Let's think about your hair follicle as a seed in the ground. That seed in the ground needs water. But don't flood your body by drinking a liter at a time - take it easy, make it natural. Reach for water instead of the other sugar beverages out there, and I promise you'll be seeing amazing changes in your physical self.
Here is the 2nd key to making your hair loss history:
Start Taking a Quality Multivitamin with a multimineral component.
Go to a store that focuses on healthy and natural foods. Ask for the best multivitamin-multimineral for adults that easily absorbs into the body. I take a one-a-day supplement that is food based.
Now take it EVERY DAY. Figure out a routine that works for you. Remember that the easier you make it, the more consistent you will be - thus the faster you will see results.
You can experiment with cheaper brand names later; I'd say stay away from "cheap" and get quality. .
You need to get the proper nutrients into your body to maintain proper functioning. If you don't have the proper nutrients in your body, hair will not grow.
