3. You meet great people - Bootcamp is very social. It's no uncommon for you to be working in a team to complete a goal, to be chasing someone up a set of stairs or to be having a great time.

4. It's outdoors - No harsh fluorescent lights, no guys staring at themselves in the mirror and hogging all the weights and no useless cardio machines!!

5. No terrible music - You will only have the sound of birds to cheer you through outdoor bootcamp workouts.

6. No gym smell - This one is usually paired with point 5. That fresh morning smell is much nicer on your nose than smelly socks.

7. Real world strength - Bootcamp training gives you real world strength and skills to make everyday things easier.
