1. Eat foods rich in Vitamin C. By eating foods rich in vitamin C, you will be encouraging your body to burn fat. Vitamin C actually has qualities in it that stimulate the body's cells to burn fat. Vitamin C rich foods are your fresh citrus fruits; lemons, limes, oranges, tangerines, etc...
