7. Doing exercises is on the top of my mind. You can try everything else out there to get rid of that butt fat, but you cannot do it unless you do a good amount of exercises for that particular area. There's plenty from lifting your leg up backwards, to placing your leg on a chair (that's behind you) and doing squats with your other leg as many and as low as possible). I know the latter helped me to tone my butt and get rid of the butt fat real fast.
