This is the best practice that you can do at home to lose the weight you want. You can get the ball rolling by going for walks. Don't drive if your destination is within a comfortable walking distance. Take the dog for a walk. Do some gentle exercises or start a yoga program. You see, you don't need trainers and equipment just to exercise. Do this on a daily basis and you'll notice that you're already losing weight with these exciting methods.
