1. Hot bath with sea salt. As known, dieting people feel cold very often, because the organism spends more calories than get. Hot bath will warm you up, relax your muscles after a working day and sea salt will keep your skin in the ideal condition. Little tip:if you put in the bath the whole package (not just 150-200 gr) of salt you'll get a great natural peeling for cellulite zones.

2. Oranges. When there is no sun outside it's better to surround yourself by sunny fruits, plus, as all citrus, oranges are very low calorie.Start your morning with orange juice (it's better to make fresh squeezed one), to eat one or two instead of a desert for the dinner. It's sweet enough to don't miss chocolate and pastry and contains a lot of vitamin C, which is working for your immune system and against of cold. Little tip: Try to use orange sauce instead of fat sauces; it is tasty and low calorie as well. Peel an orange. Don't throw away a rind. Remove all the skin, you'll need only pulp. Blend it. Put there a bit of spices, for example cinnamon and pepper and rind of orange. This sauce is good for green salads with cheese or meat; also, you can dress fresh chopped mushrooms and here is a great dinner-only 60 kcal.


3. Walking. This time is better to spend walking, you can leave for a moment jogging (winter time is coming, we'll need it), but now...put on your favourite sweater, scarf (something very cosy) and go to the park. 30 minutes of intensive walking is the same with an aerobic training. 30 min are not a lot: the prise is a good face colour and toned hips and buttocks.

4. Ginger tea. One more warming up remedy with a huge power - the best for the immune! And what is the main - this tea burns fat, which means that the diet effect will appear sooner. Recipe: put grinded ginger root in a pan, add 2 cups of boiled water and mull it 7-10 minutes. Add a bit of lime or lemon juice and a spoon of honey. Little tip: If you cool this drink down and add a bit of mint it becomes great fresh lemonade you can always take a bottle to gym or work.

5. Sauna or Spa. Actually, nothing to talk about:-) It doesn't need a commercial. Little tip: our muscles become very flexible in a hot room, so try to stretch them a bit, which is very good for the muscles form.


6. Massage. This procedure is always great, but now is more essential than usual. If you don't have a possibility to visit saloon it's easy to do at home: buy a wooden massager and use the olive oil - success formula. Not expensive and really helpful. Massage you can make with a massage brush will lift the problem zone of your skin. Little tip: don't forget that all massage moves has to be done the way up from down and clockwise.

7. "Twister Game". It can cheer you up and help to stretch the muscles. Within this season any physical activities might be interesting and helpful at the same time.

8. Sleep. The main component of a good mood and health. During autumn to have a good sleep is very important, especially when you diet. Fact: People, who sleep 8 hours and more, lose weight faster. Little tip: drop a bit of Lavender or Melissa oil on your pillow (if you don't have an allergy of course) for better sleep.
