Cement rotary kiln is the principal equipment for calcining the cement clinker, which is broadly used in these industries like cement, metallurgy and chemical industry etc. This device is composed of the kiln body, supporting device, supporting device with a gear wheel, transmission, moving kiln head, sealing device for kiln tail, burning device etc. This kind of rotary kiln is with simple structure, reliable operation and easy control of the manufacturing process.

Grate cooler is quenching type cooler, for it uses the blower to blow cold air to quench the laminar clinker laid on the grid plate, making the clinkers temperature strikingly dropping from 1200 to 100 below. The cooled plenty of emissions are as the second wind except for those inletting ones.
