Similar to townhouse complexes, condominium complexes are also known for its location, which is normally found in the outskirts or in provincial areas, away from the city. And because of its location, many Filipinos have found it appropriate for their growing family, which is another reason why condominium complexes became popular, which is because of its family-oriented environment.

Because of its location, which is found in a peaceful, quiet, and serene environment, Filipinos found these types of condominiums more appropriate for their family compared to condominiums in the city.

Although condominiums in the city are found in the busiest districts of the Philippines, they can still provide the necessary privacy and peace that every residents needs. However, this may not be enough for growing children. Particularly when most of these condominiums disallow having children in their compounds.

Another reason why these types of condo in Philippines became popular in the Philippines is because of its amenities. Similar to townhouse complexes, condominium complexes are also known for its amenities include swimming pools, gyms, sports complexes, recreational parks, and playgrounds.

Though some condominiums in the city are also known for their amenities, many of these may only provide gyms or indoor swimming pools.

Disadvantage

The only disadvantage of condominium complexes is its location. Although perfect for a growing family, many may find it hard to get back to the city, to their workplaces, from these locations. Along with rush hour, many Filipinos have had difficulties getting to work on time.
