The following is very important to know. There are many women who have a large frame, but do not have large breasts. They, however, believe their breasts are large since they wear a 38A or 40A bra. Wearing the right cup size is important for the smart fit of your clothes and an A cup bra size might perk up your look, if that is the right size for you.

The measurement at the chest is no indication of the size of the breast, the cup size alone is. You must understand that if you lose or gain weight the size of your bra is bound to change. However, the size of your cup will continue to remain the same unless your breasts have grown larger. Understand your breasts, and you will be able to care for them better.
