A Denture Cream Lawsuit Settlement Is Around The Corner
GlaxoSmithKline and Proctor and Gamble are experiencing negative effects from the
use of their denture cream with zinc too! They dont want the headache of endless litigation from the thousands of claims already brought against them. Furthermore, they know there is more to come. GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) settled more than 100 lawsuits over the last year alleging it did not warn consumers about the potential Zinc problems caused by the over-use of their denture cream.
GSK, the maker of Poligrip has agreed to pay to denture cream poisoning victims a minimum $120 million dollars to resolve lawsuit claims that GSK Poligrip products can cause neurological problems including severe decrease in nerve function throughout all extremities because the denture cream contains the heavy metal zinc.
A least one class action complaint is being pursued in order to secure medical monitoring [for situations when injuries might not otherwise be recognized during usual preventative care] for users of zinc-containing denture cream. More than one hundred claimants have been awarded monetary damages to help alleviate the costs of continuing evaluation and care of neurological injuries.
If you have been injured by your use of denture cream you may be able to collect compensation for your medical bills, your pain and suffering and your lost income.
If you, or a loved one, wears dentures and has experienced one or more of the following debilitating denture cream side effects you should act soon! Making a formal claim against GlaxoSmithKline, Proctor and Gamble or a different maker of dental adhesive products is an option you should consider. If your headache was caused by denture cream let the people who made it know!
