A Father's Role

Imagine what the world would be with an undisciplined bunch of young folks

. Today, the role of father in our society is beyond the bread and butter factor. They are responsible for nurturing and disciplining their kids so that the kids become able-bodied personalities in their respective walks of life. Goes without saying, by taking care of ones family, one can contribute towards a prospering economy. In some cases, a single mother takes over the role of a father, especially when a father ditches the family. However, every single mother out there is not able to do justice with her responsibilities as a father. Some of them are seen surviving on external help such as daycare grants, subsidies, loans from friends and relatives and so on. After all, its not easy being a responsible father!

You will find most fathers heartily bouncing their little kids with their rough, but protective hands, while mothers opt for a gentle approach such as reading, offering toys and so on. The physically stimulating approach is something which only a father can bring into the table. There have been various studies in the last few years that have proved that a father can create a huge difference in the overall personality of the child. Most fathers invite a feeling of stability and security in their childs life. Both these factors are important for the development of a child as these factors can contribute towards ones confidence level and self-esteem. Which economy wouldnt love to see emerging and confident youngsters?

Apart from this, fathers build a competitive spirit in their kids. They create minor obstacles in an attempt to teach their kids how to face the challenging world, when they grow up. By challenging the abilities of the child, they allow them to be mentally stronger. We live in a world where the most popular motto is "Survival of the fittest". Most fathers contribute hugely to the economy by helping their kids grow up with competitive attitude towards life. A recent study has come up with a verdict that children fare better in their academic life, when fathers show keen interest in their studies. Goes without saying, unlike a single mother a father can spend more on childs education to ensure that nothing is lacking in the childs life. Educated bunch of individuals are the need of the hour, especially in developing and underdeveloped countries.

A survey shows that kids who have great bond with their fathers are exposed to fewer troubles than other kids of their age. Teenagers usually need a helping hand, when they are in big troubles. Some kids feel that few matters in life can be discussed only with a father. Besides this, a father can also give their child a glimpse of the outside world such as his workplace. The child would know from a very early age what he needs to do in life, when he attains a particular age. Overall, for complete development of the child, he/she would need the protective layer offered by the father. By taking good care of their family, fathers are not only helping themselves, but also contributing towards a better tomorrow for the wellbeing of the society. No wonder, father's day is celebrated in most parts of the world with great love and affection. http://hardofhearring.blogspot.com
