It is usually shortly after this happens that a person starts to look for ways to get your ex back.Before you begin taking steps to get your ex back, you will want to evaluate what caused the split. Taking the tactics that are often tried and fail such as calling constantly, pouting, stalking, and whining will not have the positive result you want. Getting your ex back will require that you take some time to evaluate what went wrong and why.
When angry and harsh words are said, there are not enough "I'm sorry's" in the world to make it better. You just can't take it back. Even when you get your ex back, they will not forget the anger or words that were said. So, you need to let go of all of the "what if" and move on to "what now". It is not possible to change how someone thinks about us. We can however, change how we react and how we deal with problems. There is always some point or spark that is the impetus for a loving relationship. It may be a shared interest, or a lifestyle. Finding that spark will be another positive step towards rekindling your relationship. When you begin to focus on yourself and your needs, you will find that your ex will begin to show interest in how you are doing and may want to share in your activities.
It is often difficult to step out of the depression of a break up, however to get your ex back, you will need to emerge from the depression and begin moving forward alone. When you are independent and feeling more confident, it will be much easier to get your ex back.
