Sure thing it is one delicate issue that requires sufficient proof but how can this possibly affect your perception of the Nike's latest shoe line and the credibility of the brand itself?

According to Alvin Veroy, the Systems Engineer and CTO of the emerging company Wright Balance Technologies, he was surprised when his friend shared with him through email the Nike Hyperdunk+ video which talked about the electronic specification, sensors and features similar to that of what he had done last August 2010.

Alvin created a documentation of their prototype which he have uploaded in his account in Facebook and recently made available to the public. The timestamp in the pictures serves as proof that he had come up with the exact same idea first and consequently tried to work on it last August 2010.

However, Alvin expresses his grief over the matter by saying that Nike may have come about that similar idea as his but unfortunately, he was not able to have his patented as their company lacks the needed pecuniary resources to pay all necessities such as lawyers and patent costs among many others.

Alvin's company, the Wright Balance Technology boasts of various designed prototype with a goal to train and assist athletes in utilizing the particular signature of their body to equal their biomechanics. The CEO and at the same time the founder of the company Dr. David Wright PhD PGA spent the last 20 years doing research to quantify balance and to crack the body symmetry of humans.

Alvin expressed his plea for the Philippine Government to actually support the country's small-time inventors like him. He personally asked for their attention to help him protect all his ideas and innovations through funding or in any case help him raise funds to meet the requirements for patent application.
