Going to the gym and working out under a reputed instructor is always a good idea. Plantains are a good source of energy. You should have at least 2 of them a day at different intervals. Make sure you have food at every two-hour interval. Have lots of fruits or their juice. Make your breakfast rich have eggs, plantain, oats and a glass of juice. You can always have the right amount of meat and fish, if cooked the right way. Always avoid fried food. But sometimes, the gym instructors allow a cheat day where you can enjoy all the food you love. Even because of that, you might not be able to get the desired body. It is then that you are advised to take food supplements. Fitness supplements are available in every town.


Like the obese use weight loss supplements, in order to gain weight, you will have to take a variety of food supplements. Personal Care supplements are available in plenty and with the help of your instructor, you can start using them. But make sure you do not eat them in excess which will be really bad for your body. Remember, like anything in low quantity is bad for the body, having anything in excess is also very bad. According to what your body need is, you will be advised to take Vitamin products, Amino Acid supplements etc.

Once you are leading a healthy life, your body will automatically start showing it and then you will not need to start answering to all those questions in words. Your body will speak for itself!
