Moving to Glendale AZ from a small Midwestern town was a big change. Sure there were a many more things to do and see, but with the great attractions, came a sense that you are a very small part of the overall scene here.

This could have become a huge problem if it were not for Rich Glass the owner of Deer Valley Car Care. You see, my auto broke down and I did not have any idea what to do. I called around and not only were the prices high, and I mean HIGH, I didn't have the foggiest idea where any of these places were located.

When I told the folks on the phone that I did not know where they were located, most acted like I was taking way too much of their time and they hurried off the phone. This was not how to win new business in my book.

I decided that the answer to locating a good auto repair service here in Glendale AZ would be to call one of those folks that come to your house. Wow, what a mistake that was. Now, I may have just been unlucky in the person I chose, but this clown was a real joke. Not only did he sound like a salesman that just attended an Anthony Robbins seminar, but he had me paying for things I did not need and leaving me with a automobile that still had the problems it had before. I would give this persons name but before writing this article I called him and as I would have expected, his phone was disconnected.

I was about ready to give up hope when a guy came walking past my house handing out door hangers. Not only was this a door hanger to Deer Valley Car Car, but it was the owner, Rich Glass handing them out.

Rich stood in the sun, looked at the car, told me what he thought it was and asked if he could help. Not only did he help, but he charged prices that were like I was used to back in my small home town. His staff is small and family like and you feel so comfortable with them, once they do one thing for your car, you will be back again and again and you will share your experience with other family and friends.
