Thats a new job, born thanks to the immense growth of the web and of its use, already daily for millions, or billions of people in the whole world.

The use of internet involved about 1.5 billion people in 2008, but the constant growth of the World Wide Web allows the experts make predictions for 2013 of 2.2 billion users; the first scientific publication that hypnotized the chance of creating a world wide web of computers dates back to 1962: its On-line man computer communication, by two research workers of the MIT, Joseph Licklider and Welden Clark. The web, though, turns real only in 1991, with a law that in the US allows the creation of a computers net, and in 1993 the CERN makes its technology public: the World Wide Web. From hence, it has been freely usable by anyone, and working with the computer from the moment on has not involved only the sale and repair of hardware, but also a brand new kind of services, like the housing services and all the new things that the net brought to the society all over the world.

The massive use on internet actually transformed the web into a real communication canal: there are not only the data stored in the web sites, but also emails, chats and much more. By now, internet is necessary for the enterprises also thanks to the possibility it gives them to manage online their documents, thus allowing the storing of their data on the server instead of keeping them on the computers or filling the offices with paper, and moreover it gives more tranquillity because in case the computers break down the data will not be lost; other services as well, like the text messages, to be able to send texts via internet saving time and money, are more and more common.

The use of internet by now is necessary for the enterprises, because it potentially allows to let the enterprise get into all the monitors of the whole world, thus incredibly increasing the number of the potential clients: the step from the web site to the shipping of the goods is brief, and the chances become almost infinite.

This is why internet has a special place in the contemporary entrepreneurship, not only by increasing the number of the potential clients, but also creating new jobs and new professionals, that base their entrepreneurial idea on the existence and on the functioning of the World Wide Web.
