Most people will be able to resume their normal activities within a week or two after the surgery. After your nose job, a splint will be applied to maintain the new shape of the nose. This splint will be removed within the first week after surgery. Any splints placed inside the nose are also removed. Pain should be minimal and controlled with medications.
