The doctor is able to remove the extra skin on the face, and this will leave the remaining skin tighter and younger looking. People also commonly get surgeries around their eyes to remove wrinkles and extra skin. Botox is another option you have. These are injections that you can get and they are ideal for tightening the skin. These injections are very easy to do and there really is no recovery time afterwards. The downfall with these is that they are not permanent. You will need to continue to have them done periodically to keep your skin looking the way that you want it to look.
